Sunday Morning Outdoor Services

Over the next two months, we’ll offer both our online services and our in-person services, so you can stay connected with us. Our intention is to keep the sermon and the songs the same between the two experiences, but in-person will be abbreviated for the time being.

We’re guests of the school and the district, who are also required to comply with LA County regulations. As guests, we want to retain the privilege of meeting at West High, so let’s make sure to adhere to all of their required safety measures:

Masks are required to be worn the entire time, over both your mouth and nose. Masks will be provided if you need one. We’re required to check temperatures upon entry at the gate. We have touchless thermometers. Please maintain six feet of social distance, and sit with your household. Bring your own chairs, since the school will not be providing chairs due to health concerns.

With these new protocols, we encourage you to come early, preferably around 9:45am. Enter the campus near the corner of Spencer and Victor. You may park in the faculty parking lot, on the street, or in the surrounding neighborhood. Since there will probably still be dew on the grass, chairs are your best option. You can bring your own portable shade, but there should be plenty provided by the building and trees. The school’s bathrooms will be open for us to use.

It’s free and readily available on the street or in the Faculty Parking Lot, directly across the street from the school. Signs will guide you onto the campus to where we meet.

We are pleased to offer outdoor Children’s Ministry now for kids who are 3 years old through those entering fifth grade this fall.

Bulletins will only be available on your phone (including all Scripture readings and song lyrics). We will have a QR code there on site, which is simply a link to what is here on our website.
